Notarial attestation
The notarial attestation of translated documents (authentication of the translator’s signature) is the notary’s witnessing of the correctness of the translation from one language into another for further procedure of legalization or apostillization, (for the documents’ submission to the official bodies of Russia). We may attest the translation of only those documents that were translated in our agency. Should You have a translation requiring attestation, we check the compliance of the translation with the original. The “MTA” agency accepts for translation and notarial attestation the following documents:
- registration documents (constituent documents, certificates, licenses, minutes, extracts, etc.);
- contracts (including labor contracts);
- birth certificates;
- marriage certificates;
- bills of divorce;
- death certificates;
- diploma and other educational certificates;
- references;
- passports;
- military cards;
- work-books;
- pension cards;
- personal records;
- students’ record-books;
- driving licenses;
- adoption permissions, as well as for a child’s permission to leave the country.
